Ding Xiaofang

Ding Xiaofang, female and Han nationality, was born in January 1974 in Sanmen, Zhejiang Province. She started to work in August 1996 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1995. She graduated from both Tongji University and Kristianstad University in Sweden as an on-the-job postgraduate. She is Master of Management and Master of Public Administration. Now she is the Vice Party Secretary of Jiangbei District, Chief Executive and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangbei District People’s Government, and Director and Vice Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ningbo E-commerce Economic Innovation Park Administrative.

           Zhang Feiyu

           Deputy Director of Jiangbei District

           Zhang Feiyu, male and Han nationality, was born in July 1966 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. He started to work in November 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1988. He graduated from the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China as a postgraduate and is an economist. Now he is Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangbei District Party Committee, Standing Deputy Chief Executive and Vice Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangbei District People’s Government, and Director of Jiangbei Office for Key Projects.

           He used to serve as Deputy Director of the Office of Jiangbei District Party Committee; Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Kongpu Sub-district in Jiangbei; Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of Jiangbei District Party Committee; Director of the Office of Jiangbei District Party Committee; Vice Chief Executive and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangbei District People’s Government; Member of the Standing Committee of Jiangbei District Party Committee; Party Secretary of Cicheng Town Party Committee; Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Administrative Committee of Ningbo (Jiangbei) High Tech Industrial Park.

He is in charge of the executive work of the Jiangbei District and related to development and reform, the service industry, industrial economy, information technology, science and technology, administrative assessment and approval, construction of industrial parks, foreign affairs, making government affairs public, e-government development, etc.. He assists to manage issues related to finance and management of state-owned assets.

           He takes the charge of the Office of Jiangbei District People’s Government, the Development and Reform Bureau (Major Projects Office), the Economic and Information Technology Bureau, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Auditing Bureau, the Public Security Sub-bureau, the Assessment Administration (Public Administration) Office, Administrative Committees of industrial parks, the Public Project Development Center, the Reception Office, and the Foreign Affairs Office.

           He is responsible for contact with the People’s Congress and the People’s Political Consultative Conference of Jiangbei District, Jiangbei District Discipline Inspection Committee, the Politics and Law Committee, the District Court, the District Procuratorate, the Complaint-receiving Bureau, the Municipal 629 Engineering Headquarters, electricity suppliers, communications service providers, Jiangbei Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Administrative Committee of Ningbo (Jiangbei) High Tech Industrial Park.

           Zhang Ying

           Deputy Director of Jiangbei District

           Zhang Ying, female and Han nationality, was born in September 1968 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. She started to work in August 1988 and is a member of the China Zhi Gong Party. She graduated from the Zhejiang Provincial Party School of the Communist Party of China as a postgraduate. Now she is Vice Chief Executive of Jiangbei District People’s Government and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Party Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party.

           She used to serve as Secretary General and Full-time Vice Chairman and of the Municipal Party Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party; Vice Secretary General of the Ningbo Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference; Deputy Chief Executive of Zhenhai District People’s Government; Vice Chairman and of the Municipal Party Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party.

She is in charge of issues, related to education, health care and family planning, culture, sports and administrative affairs.

           She takes the charge of the Education Bureau (Sports Bureau), the Health and Family Planning Bureau, the Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV, Film, Press and Publication, and the Administrative Affairs Bureau.

           She is responsible for contact with colleges and universities, the Women’s Federation and the Red Cross Society.

           Li Yunlai

           Deputy Director of Jiangbei District

           Li Yunlai, male and Han nationality, was born in March 1966 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. He started to work in August 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1992. He graduated from Ningbo Municipal Party School of the Communist Party of China. Now he is the Deputy Chief Executive and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangbei District People’s Government.

           He used to serve as Vice Party Secretary and Party Secretary of the China Youth League of Jiangdong District; Vice Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Working Committee of Baihe Sub-district in Jiangdong; Director of Jiangdong Creation Office; Vice Party Secretary, Chief Executive and Party Secretary of Fuming Village in Jiangdong; Director and Party Secretary of Jiangdong Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau; Deputy Chief Executive and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangdong District People’s Government.

He is in charge of issues, related to civil affairs, supporting the army and giving preferential treatment to the families of the army man and martyrs, supporting the government and cherishing the people, disabled cause, rural area, agriculture, supporting the poverty, rural housing system reform and centralized housing reconstruction, ecological area development, three proofings, and tourism.

           Zheng Mingjun

           Deputy Director of Jiangbei District

           Zheng Mingjun, male and Han nationality, was born in February 1977 in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province. He started to work in August 1996 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1999. He is a Master of Engineering. Now he is the Deputy Chief Executive and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangbei District People’s Government

           Li Keda

Li Keda, male and Han nationality, was born in January 1968 in Xiangshan, Zhejiang Province. He started to work in September 1989 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1991.            Chen Hongxiong

           Chen Hongxiong, male and Han nationality, was born in February 1968 in Tiantai, Zhejiang Province. He started to work in July 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1999. He graduated from the National University of Singapore as an on-the-job postgraduate. He is Master of Public Administration and Management, and a real estate economist. Now he is the Member of the Party Leadership Group of Jiangbei District People’s Government, and Deputy Supervisor of the Port and Anti-smuggling Office of Ningbo.
